  1. ARE PRINTS INCLUDED WITH MY PACKAGE? - Prints are not automatically included with packages. However, if you would like for us to have your images printed and mailed to you, we're happy to do so at the expense of the customer.
  2. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT IF I CANCEL? - Deposits are non-refundable and are made to secure your session so that your requested date and time is booked only by you. Refunds are only issued in the event that we are not able to fulfill our agreed upon or contracted obligation to you. This includes cancellation, loss of images or damage/theft of goods.
  3. WHAT IF MY SESSION GOES BEYOND THE TIME I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE? - If for whatever reason there is a delay incurred on behalf of the client, we notify the party that the session is near ending and if they need an additional hour to complete the session, they will be billed before the completed gallery is delivered.
  4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY FINISHED GALLERY? - In most instances turn-around time varies from 7-14 business days during the more congested season but most often in 3-5 days your finished gallery will be complete.
  5. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY IMAGES? - Your images are loaded at high resolution to your private online gallery where you're able to download them directly to your device. When your gallery is complete, you will receive an email notification to the address you provided.
  6. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT? - You have the option of making your deposit using your debit/credit card via Paypal or via Bank of America direct deposit. If you choose to settle your balance in cash at the shoot, we will gladly honor it as well.
  7. WHEN IS MY DEPOSIT AND BALANCE DUE? - You deposit is due upon booking your session. Any and all correspondence or verbal agreements will not stand if your deposit is not made. Until then, the specified date will remain open. Your balance is due at your session and can be made via Paypal or cash.
  8. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? - We are located in Freeport, Grand Bahama in The Bahamas. We are available for travel anywhere with advance notice, travel & accommodations paid at the expense of the client.
  9. I NEED HELP PLANNING MY DESTINATION WEDDING IN THE BAHAMAS. HELP! - Gladly! We have been working in the wedding industry for several years with reputable contacts that can help bring your special day together seamlessly.
  10. I'D LIKE TO PROPOSE TO MY FIANCEE' AND CAPTURE THE MOMENT. - We have shot several surprise engagements over the years and would love to help you plan yours. Your fiancee' won't suspect a thing!
